The challenge for multinational communication has never been greater. Worldwide business organisations have discovered that intercultural communication is crucial, not only because of an international growing client base but also because workforce is rapidly expanding becoming more diverse, ethnically and culturally.

Every culture interprets verbal and nonverbal communications individually and two people belonging to the same culture are not guaranteed to respond in exactly the same way. However, generalisations are valid to the extent that they provide clues on what you will most likely encounter when dealing with members of a particular culture.

For example, in Europe burping after a meal could be seen as rude and unpleasant, but in India this is seen as a sign of a good meal and an appreciation for the cook!

Whether you plan on traveling or just doing business with a foreign client, having a competent understanding of communication and negotiation will benefit you greatly. We have the industry expertise to ensure that you feel confident with the ability to handle any situation.

Some of our training includes;

1. A solid, practical understanding of the local business customs and culture. From the initial handshake to sealing the deal, you’ll be able to communicate clearly and confidently.

2. How to network in your target country, helping you connect with the key decision makers that matter to your business.

3. How to develop valuable long-term overseas client relationships.

4. The social and business behaviours of your chosen country, current trends and future changes.

No matter where you are, your body is always saying something, even when you're not speaking.
